IWW Water Centre (Project Coordinator)

IWW Water Centre in Germany is offering research, consulting and development services for the water sector. Six departments cover the entire drinking water supply chain: active water resources management, water technology, water networks, water quality analysis, applied microbiology and water economics. Recent projects funded by the EC or national funding bodies are directed to the impact of climate change and risk management, to economic evaluation of technologies and adaptation roadmaps, to integrated water resources management concepts, to flooding prevention for water supply infrastructure, to the development of sustainability indicators and to financing needs of adaptation processes.

As coordinator of DESSIN, IWW will lead the development of the ecosystem services evaluation methodology and contribute to tasks on policy, finance and governance and the validation of the evaluation methodology.
